DRIVE ONE OF YOUR LEGS UP TOWARDS THE SKY AND INTO YOUR CHEST AS YOU PRESS FIRMLY INTO THE GROUND WITH YOUR OPPOSITE FOOT
KEEP YOUR 'DRIVE' LEG AS STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE DURING THIS MOVEMENT
LOWER YOUR LEG BACK DOWN TO THE MAT TO COMPLETE THIS MOVEMENT
COMPLETE THE ALLOTTED REPS ON THIS LEG BEFORE REPEATING THE SAME MOVEMENT WITH THE OPPOSITE LEG
