Description
  • LYING FLAT ON THE GROUND WITH YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT, ENGAGE YOUR CORE BY SQUEEZING THE LOWER ABDOMEN

  • DRIVE ONE OF YOUR LEGS UP TOWARDS THE SKY AND INTO YOUR CHEST AS YOU PRESS FIRMLY INTO THE GROUND WITH YOUR OPPOSITE FOOT

  • KEEP YOUR 'DRIVE' LEG AS STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE DURING THIS MOVEMENT

  • LOWER YOUR LEG BACK DOWN TO THE MAT TO COMPLETE THIS MOVEMENT

  • COMPLETE THE ALLOTTED REPS ON THIS LEG BEFORE REPEATING THE SAME MOVEMENT WITH THE OPPOSITE LEG
