Step 2: Add Coaches and Users

Once you are on your team's dashboard page, you will be able to add coaches and users on several different pages and on several different functions. The fast and most popular one, is scrolling to the bottom of the Team Dashboard page and clicking "Add Coaches"

Add coaches:

Once you have clicked on this button, it will open a page with a QR code and a link.

1. You can share the QR code with anyone that you want to give access to your coaching functions. This will allow them to see details about your players on your roster, print and view reports and change a program for your team. This may also allow them to post in your bulletin if you have this option selected in your Team's preferences. You should display this QR code in your weightroom on the large screen to allow coaces to scan it and join your team.

2. The sceond option would be to share the link with your coaches. We suggest copying this link into an email chain with all of your coaches, and asking them to join your team in one mass-email that can be sent out. *BE CAREFUL, anyone with this link can join as a coach. You can remove their role as a coach at anytime.

Add players:

To add players instead, click on the "Add Players" button which gives you and your team a separate link and QR code. Use this link and QR code the same as above, but only share it with players to give them player access. If you are on a team plan, this will also give them Pro-Plan level permissions to access workouts, supplementals, their team and individual dashboard and build individual teams of their own that they can connect with other players on your team or outside of your team. They cannot create a team of more than 15 users. Display this QR code on a large screen in your weightroom to quickly sign up several users. *BE CAREFUL, if you have multiple teams and would like to orgnaize your players on seperate teams, make sure you display the correct QR code for the team they should be joining. You can remove these players later on in they join the wrong team.
