Now, it's time to select a program for each of your teams.
You can choose an individual program for each team or choose a program for multiple teams at once.
To choose a program, go to your team's dashboard page and select the "Choose a Program" button if you have not selected a program yet. If your Team Dashboard is already displaying the Next Workout, choose "Change Program" instead.
Now, you can filter programs by Sport, Goal or Category, or you can view the Programs Dashboard to see what's popular.
Once you have selected a potential program, you can view the authors, program duration, suggested prerequisites and schedule, and preview the first week of workouts.
Once you have decided on a program, choose the "Add to Team Dashboard" button. DO NOT click on the "Start Workout" button unless you want to add this to your personal dashboard.
Then, it will prompt you to select which teams you would like to add this program to. You can select all or some of the teams. Selecting multiple teams will change the program and notify the users for those teams as well that there is a new program available. Each time you change a program or a workout for a team, all team-members will be notified.
Once you have confirmed these changes, you will be redirected to the primary team's dashboard where you can preview the first workout.
